1. Pre-Authorisation

You must contact your insurer before attending your appointment or procedure.
When requesting pre-authorisation from your insurer, please quote the consultant name whom you wish to see
Share this code with us when booking.

Without pre-authorisation, your insurer may not cover your care and you may be responsible for the full cost.

2. Billing Process

Consultation fees invoiced by your consultant directly to your insurer.
Fees for lab tests, scans, proceduresbilled directly to your insurer by facility, depending on location.
