You must contact your insurer before attending your appointment or procedure.
When requesting pre-authorisation from your insurer, please quote the consultant name whom you wish to see
Share this code with us when booking.

Without pre-authorisation, your insurer may not cover your care and you may be responsible for the full cost.

2. Billing Process

Consultation fees – invoiced by your consultant directly to your insurer.
Fees for lab tests, scans, procedures – billed directly to your insurer by facility, depending on location.

What you may pay personally:
– Policy excess (if your insurer applies one).

Will I ever have to pay up front?
If your insurer has not authorised care, or if you have an excess, you will need to settle this directly.
